Sam is a Halloween mascot and icon. He wears a sack on his head with buttons for eyes, orange coveralls, bandages on his hands, walks around the neighborhood, either observing to seeing if people are spending Halloween as they should be or trick or treating as well. He doesn't speak. Well, he might he sees you are special to him and he won't kill you if you are either handing out candy to trick or treaters or trick or treating. His age is unknown. He always really likes lollipops.
