William "Billy" Miller is a 8 year old Robloxian. He has messy black hair, a red cap, red t-shirt, black pants and black sneakers. He is very rude and able to force somebody to do something, yet it never works. He is also easily annoyed and acts like a stereotypical neighborhood bully. He also cries alot. He is a juvenile delinquent.
