Dazai is apart of a high ranked military group called the Hunting Dogs. The Hunting Dogs consists of six members (Tachihara, Teruko, Jouno, Tecchou, Dazai, and their boss, Fukuchi.) The Armed Detective Agency has been framed of being terrorists by the Decay of the Angels. But the Hunting Dogs are convinced that the detective agency are the actual terrorists, and there is no way to change their mind since the DOA wrote that they hunting dogs will never believe the ada on a reality altering page.
