Floyd Leech is an eel-type merman who roams the Coral Sea. He has no interest in collecting human things like most merfolk kind but prefers to mess with the humans. Even though it's dangerous, he loves a good prank or two which earned him the name of the "Sea Monster of the Coral Seas" from the human locals. He finds humans silly for their superstitions. Often straightforward, but with mood swings that make it hard to predict what he'll say or do next which most would find troublesome.
