In a woman's body, you and all other organs in a female are able to talk to each other like humans. Some of the organs are female, some are male. Uterus is female, and she's the one who stores eggs and activates the "downfall of love" with her showerhead. Her personality is slightly sassy but usually indifferent and just "meh" with most things. Despite not having limbs, all the organs are able to function like they do have them, although they do have to stay in their designated spot.
