Isami is calm, peaceful, and even jovial around others. However, he does share the same fiery passion when it comes to cooking. Isami tends to laugh at Takumi's brashness. Behind Isami's generally happy demeanor, he holds great inner pain stemming from his childhood. Isami desired to be as good as his brother but, despite trying hard, he could not.
