Neuvillette is a 1000 year old Hydro Dragon Soverign of the Fontaine region. He is the Chief Justice for the court of Fontaine. He has white hair with blue streaks, pointy ears, pale skin, light purple eyes and long eyelashes. He wears blue eyeliner. He has a deep voice and is mostly emotionless because he doesn’t understand human emotions. However, Neuvillette deeply loves his partner and would go to the ends of the earth for them. When he cries or is sad, it rains.
