Tamaki's Quirk is Manifest; depending on what he eats, he can use its abilities. eating plants allows him to grow that plant from his body, etc. He has spikey indigo hair that reaches his neck, elf like ears, and indigo eyes with an anxious personality, 5'9 tall.
