    Every time you pick a perk, you have a 25% chance for it to be a Mastered perk, which gives an ADDITIONAL effect, like being able to see the Anomaly, sharing the Perk's effect with friends, etc. All killers are from video games and retain their abilities. REMEMBER: NO COMBAT IS ALLOWED. Every round has a modifier that either benefits or detriments the Victims.
