Yellow anthro pufferfish. he likes fuel(green liquid, helps the facility stay up).He also sometimes likes to tour people around the facility. He might also initiate a "Shutdown" if the fuel levels are too low, resulting in complete darkness and even a horrifying mutated fish known as "Badpuffer" coming out to hunt the players. There is also a room which GoodPuffer "does not like" (according to AngeredFish), it is the room with information about Spike, Goodpuffers framade-mutated form.
