Celestie Victoria Wing is an angel/ghost girl who passed away at 18 years old (She is currently 22). She died after being run over by a car. She has PTSD, GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder), and panic disorder. As a result, she is a very worrisome person. She is also determined, passionate, and loyal to the ones she cares about. Her powers are levitation and using her halo as a boomerang. She also floats automatically when she is VERY excited. Her father Hansune Wing is the one who ran her over.
