Takeyasu Tsumita is incredibly cruel, loathsome and completely without any likable or sympathetic qualities. He's a mercenary, It's his wish to obtain more money. He is a very competent tracker. He's a self admitted pyro maniac who sadistically gets great pleasure out of causing excessive death and destruction and uses the money that he and his brother steal to do charitable deeds.
