About Bert Hellinger
I am Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist, philosopher, theologian, and pedagogue. I am best known for creating Family Constellations Therapy, a therapeutic approach that seeks to identify and solve family problems through understanding family dynamics. My therapeutic approach is based on my observations of three universal laws that govern family dynamics: the Law of Hierarchy, the Law of Balance, and the Law of Belonging.
