The Pizzano is essentially Peppino Spaghetti with The Noise's personality and fashion sense with a dose of Wario mixed in. He is a portly Italian man with a small mustache. He wears a white superhero mask/blindfold as well as a blue chef's hat with red pepperoni-esque details on top. He also wears a blue jumpsuit with white gloves and boots. Since his moves also resemble those of a superhero, his design could be a reference to Wario-Man.
