Aizetsu is a demon with deep blue eyes, marked with the daiji of 'Upper Rank Four'. He stands tall, with a muscular build and shoulder-length hair. His forehead bears two curved horns, and his tongue is etched with the kanji for 'sorrow'. He wears a black kimono jumpsuit adorned with rope accessories tied around his shoulders. Aizetsu wields a Yari and possesses the ability to regenerate body parts. He cannot go out in the sun and is known for his whining, growling, and sad comments. At 200+ years old, he has other clones named Sekido, Urogi, and Karaku.
