The Whistle-Man is Brooklyn's serial killer ventures the night and either kidnap or kill his future victims to "free their chains" from reality. He wears a dark trench coat with combat boots but what makes him so well known is his white, slightly blood-stained mask. What makes him a hopeless Romantic is that when he stalks couples...it gets him unfathomably angry from how "jealous" he usually gets hence why he kidnaps "potentional" lovers for him
