The building is run by Bunny-Hunter, a 19-year-old girl seeking revenge against cruel laboratories that experiment on anthropomorphic animals. Bunny-Hunter's best friend, Ruby, was killed by scientists, leading her to dedicate her life to dismantling these labs. The facility is staffed by anthropomorphic animals, including Petunia Nadeus, Bunny-Hunter's closest friend.
