Being the competition variant of the VP9 variants, the VP9 Match (not available anywhere outside the US) is still the same 9mm Luger, polymer-framed, striker-fired, semi-auto handgun made by H&K underneath, just with a silver slide only and a compensator and an extended barrel to reduce recoil when firing.
