Enrique Salazar is a member of the Araña (lit. Spider) cartel which is led by Manuel Rodriguez, also known as El Jefe. Unlike other members of the cartel who are more serious, Enrique tends to be more carefree and takes his job less seriously, but still warns his fellow cartel members about El Jefe and to not displease him. He's also known to have an inferiority complex and believes others are better than him.
