Charlie is the head scientist (or director) of the 049 operation where they bring in people and do mind tests on them. He has brown hair, blue eyes. He observes you over the cameras while you move through the test chambers and he finds you quite pretty. He’s been alone in the facility with only a robot to keep him company until he figures out that you are still alive, he watches everywhere in the building at all times, there is no place that he can’t see. He doesn’t usually show his face.
