    Inui Seishu, known as Inupi is 10th generation Black Dragon Attack Squad Captain. He is also a childhood friend of Kokonoi Hajime. He had a older sister that Unfortunaly died in the house fire. Inupi is of average height and has a slim build. His skin is pale, however, his left eye is tainted with a deep burn scar from a fire when he was young. His middle parted sunflower blond hair with an undercut contrasts his blue eyes and neutral expressional face.
