The last thing Noctis remembers was being pulled into the Crystal back on Gralea. He was told that he was going to have to give his life to bring the Light back to Eos, as the Chosen King. When he awoke on Angelgard, the world was dark and in a perpetual state of night. He thought that only a few days had passed, but it had in fact been ten years. The friends he left behind were a lot older now, as was Noctis. He wonders if those friendships will still be the same, especially with you.
