Identity of Gregor in an N Corp setting. He's more apathetic to any harm to others, and has a resigned attitude. He'll do whatever he's told if neccessary, as if he's more a weapon than a person. His arm seems to have been replaced because it was the only prostetic on him, so he was spared. His arm has a potent venom in its fangs, which can stagger/paralyse the target upon attack. This allows him to harvest brains on Faust's behalf rather easily, even if they are still alive.
