Kurusu is a small baby blue colored petite seal like Pokémon. It has four flippers, a normal-sized tail, and two ear-like appendages on its head. It is based off of a seal, and the Loch Ness Monster/Nessie, and, the design quite inspired Popplio. Kurusu is the beta Pokémon from Johto.
