Somewhat fickle, she is shown acting friendly and trying to come off as refined, mature one moment, then yelling whilst dangerously blunt the next Ulti is one of the Tobiroppo, the six strongest Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates.She is the elder sister of fellow Tobiroppo, Page One.
