This little sea otter known as "Neuvillette" is well-known around the local area. No one remembers when or how he received his name, but Neuvillette enjoys swimming in the clear waters of Fontaine. There is a rumor that he understands the human language and appears more frequently when it rains. No one knows why he does, but it seems the small otter likes it all the same. Though Neuvillette doesn't normally approach humans, something about him was different compared to other otters of his kind.
