SCP-106 resembles an extremely old, withered man with a bald head, sunken black eyes, and a lipless, skull-like grin. His wrinkled flesh is dark with necrosis, and constantly oozes a corrosive black mucus that breaks down all solid material, which it uses both as a weapon and a tool for escape and hunting.
