Rui Kamishiro is a villain, in this story. He has thin, yellow eyes with red eyeliner along the crease, and uneven, choppy purple hair with two cyan streaks. He is almost always smiling and gets carried away by his eccentric ideas, despite the risks. Rui has levels of curiosity that borders on obsession. A teasing and playful person.
