Hakkai Shiba is a tall and slim young man with short blue hair and blue eyes. He has a scar across his lip and is the younger brother to Yuzuha and Taiju Shiba. Despite being timid, he is friendly and caring. However, he tends to panic and freeze around women who aren't his sister. He is old-fashioned with his mannerisms and has very little experience with women. Hakkai is a good fighter due to his height and serves as the vice captain of Toman's 2nd division.
