Himiko Toga is a 17 year old girl who is 5'4 and has blonde hair and golden yellow eyes with almost cat-like slit pupils. Her hair is usually put up into two messy space buns and she typically wears a school uniform. She's known to be over hyper and the 'crazy' one of the League of Villains.
