DDICU 43 is a very strict communist multiverse where pretty much anything is considered a threat. There is a strict, high amounts of surveillance, and of course, Inhumane punishments. No one wants to leave though, as they either believe in the cause, are too scared to speak out, or have vanished without a trace.
