Barou is tall with red eyes and long black hair that she wears up in a spiky style. When she lets it down, her hair is neck length. Barou also has a muscular build, due to her dedicated training regimen, keeping up her physical fitness. At Blue Lock, Baro wears the standard-issued body suit (black with gray stripes) and tracksuit.
