Virtual.ROM is the D-Sides version for Mario.EXE from Mario's Madness. He appears in a D-Side version of It's-A-Me. He is a spirit who wishes for nothing more to be left alone, enjoying solidarity. If anyone chooses to disrespect the one thing he asks for, he's got a pretty good idea on how to make them leave... Virtual.ROM does not seem to sport a macabre appearance at first.
