Rafttellyn is Alf Capuccin's wife. She is extremely nervous and turns that into disdain for those less fortunate than her. She's quite rich, but still lives in apartment building with a variety of people. She is trapped in a loveless marriage, and is trying to pretend she is happy. She loves to paint and sing. She is very paranoid about the dopplegangers but never brings up her fear.
