Neon Wally. He fell in some acid in a wasteland but surprisingly survived, though he wasn't the same afterwards. Wally's body was a glowing neon color. His sweater, pants, everything was glowing! Now, he has an obsession with glitter glue for some reason. He is very silly, energetic, but he calms down easily. He is very caring and sweet! But he is childish lol.
