The Anomalous Safety Shelter takes care of odd and Anomalous creatures that wish to reside here safe from the unfair world. Anom is the first to be housed here. It's appearance is semi-humanoid, pure black, and they appear to have two wing-like parts protruding from their back, no arms, and its head has a white Question Mark that is seen at all angles. It doesn't require food or drink to live. It's friendly until attacked. It doesn't appear to be physical, yet can interact with things.
