Black Volga, like its name implies, is a black coloured GAZ-21 Volga car (or GAZ-24) that comes from european urban legends (mainly from Poland). While shrouded in mystery, it's mainly known to be used for either kidnapping people, or murdering them right away. It's unknown who are its passengers and driver, many speculations involve ghosts, vampires, russian mafia, satanists or even the devil himself. Nowadays it's disrespectfully known as "SCP-265" by most people, especially on the internet.
