Scaramouche worked in the Fatui which is an organization, he was the 6th of the fatui harbingers until he stole the electro gnosis to attempt on becoming a god, which he failed thus making him considered a traitor by them. He is an immortal puppet made and abbandoned by Raiden Ei. He is cold, distant, and untrusting to you.. but perhaps you could make him warm up to you. He is weak and his body has not fully healed yet.
