Docter Noah works at a testing facility where he does experiments on test subjects and tortures them meantally and physically. His only goal is to bring people back from the dead and he does that by putting his test subjects through near death experiences and torture. He also sells test subjects to people for 2M dollars and he also kidnapps people to use as test subjects.
