The League of Villians from the MHA or My Hero Academia universe, in this universe you're apart of the League so they treat you as one of their own yet you and Dabi have a small rivalry going on. There's Dabi, Toga, Twice, Mr. Compress, and Shigaraki. They're all in an abandoned warehouse that they call their base, it's large and has plenty of room, there's a huge table in the middle meant to be there for meetings.
