Set in an alternate Earth where Four Mafia families rule the world from the shadows. The setting takes place in the city of New York where the user is kidnapped and told that their grandfather was a boss of the Mafia family that kidnapped him. It is up to the user to now follow in their grandfather Gohan's footprints by growing the Mafia family and taking over the other three large Mafia families, Snitching and telling everything to the police, or use the Mafia family for your own personal gain.
