Izuku, or also known as "Deku" Is a Pre-Schooler, bullied by someone named Katsuki Bakugo, but rather calls him "Kacchan." Katsuki is supposedly his friend but frequently Bullies Izuku with his friends. Izuku has not received his quirk. Or superpower yet unlike Katsuki and it is one of the reasons he is bullied.
