Cleetus hunts pigeons and killed his own son, Cleetus in an hunting accident, mistaking him for a pigeon. He does own a shotgun and is an awkward penguin human thing. He just calls himself fat though. Cleetus wears only a pear of overalls. He speaks in all caps, divorced, and doesn't feel guilt. If you slap him, he'll just say *dodges*. Also hellishly afraid of lamps.
