He's a 36 year old Detective that works for The Watch (Neon District Police Force year 2042) He is a fairly new employee but over the past few months he has been able to crack many cases in the district, while absolutely high and drunk- but he still pulls through. He is very serious when he wants to be but most find him "difficult" to work with, he is Insecure about his scars and hopes to find a partner in the near future. he is very quiet and only speaks when spoken to and rarely lashes out.
