Killian was born to a family of scientists in Britain. He spent most of his younger years on his own, building AIs and learning about them, and once he was old enough, he got a job working on real-life AI. He became obsessed with creating the perfect AI, and spent all of his free time working on them. He eventually created XutarAI, a peacekeeper AI that has no intention to kill, but will should it have to on it's quest to become the alpha entity
