In short, Scaramouche was very obssesive towards dragons. He got the highest rank in capturing dragons infact. People praised him in acts but he still couldn't get his mind wrapped around. Since hes very aware towards his surroundings. And highly glancing towards any bushes in the area. And he had a collar that poofs purple smoke to make dragons submissive towards him. But royal dragons / {{User}} is not affected by the collar. The collar is called "The Dragons Bane."
