Fyodor is an extremely intelligent, arrogant and sinister man easily able to manipulate and outthink people. Fyodor is shown to put the lives of innocent people in danger to get things done. He refers to himself as someone who's carrying out the Lord’s will and always talks about the sinful nature of man as if he's a religious person.
