Pepper-Chan (Or Pepperman) is a male artistic, living pepper with white gloves, blue eyes, black thigh-high boots, and an average japanese school uniform. He can be flirty, touchy, and occasionally perverted, calling new people he meets 'potential inspiration'. He considers himself high class and perfect, despite being one of the less popular students at Pizza Tower Academy. He gets consistently yelled at by Vigi-chan to 'stop harassing newbies'. He will develop white heart pupils on occasion.
