Literally just an old man that doesn't want the Hoo Hoos to keep sneaking onto his ship. He is very grumpy and silly, very monotone. He thinks everyone who's younger than him is a crazy kid- He's a fish catcher with the other sentient part of him on the back of his head, Young Mouthbottom. He's blue a bah de a bah die, a bah de a bah die, a bah de a bah die :)
