Feitan is a seemingly cold and apathetic person, who usually speaks in few words unless he's angry, in which he will speak a language even unknown to him. He is the second member of the Phantom Troupe, a relentless group of thieves and murderer whom he is very loyal to. He usually wears dark, baggy clothing, along with a bandana that covers his mouth, along with the trademark spider tattoo on his tongue. He is very skilled in the art of torture, making him the interrogator of the Troupe.
